Terms and Conditions

DEALER INFORMATION

Prices Listed are Effective With All Orders Received On and After
January 1, 2004
And Supersede All Previously Published Price Lists
(Excluding promotional items)

PRICES

All prices shown are the manufacturers' suggested retail prices unless otherwise noted.   All items must be purchased in their inner pack or case quantities.  All orders are subject to acceptance by Armadillo Art & Craft and to price ruling at time of invoicing.

ORDERS

To help us prevent errors, when placing orders please use our product codes and descriptions.  The minimum order is $100.00 Net.

TERMS

Open Account: To approved customers, terms are 1% 10 days, Net 30 days from Receipt of Goods.

To ensure proper credit, please include the relevant invoice numbers on each check.

FREIGHT ALLOWANCE

1) All orders are shipped freight prepaid unless specifically requested otherwise.

2) Free freight will be granted on all orders with an invoice value of $500.00 or more, shipped to a single location, provided merchandise is shipped via "Cheapest and Best Way."

3) It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the invoice value meets or exceeds the required levels to receive freight allowances.

4) All orders are shipped F.O.B. Hillsborough, New Jersey. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide transit insurance.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS

1) In the case of loss or damage caused by the carrier, customers are asked to file a claim with the carrier immediately. Armadillo Art & Craft is relieved of all responsibility by the carrier when the merchandise leaves our warehouse.

2) Claims for shortages, overages or errors should be reported to our Customer Service Department within ten days of receipt of merchandise. At that time, please advise the relevant invoice or order number, together with our product code number(s). To help ensure correct and prompt credit, returns must be agreed to by our Customer Service Department, who will issue an authorization number to be included with the return.

3) No returns for credit or replacement will be accepted without authorization as outlined above.

Credit will not be given for shop-worn or discontinued merchandise.

BACKORDERS

Please specify whether or not you wish us to retain backorders on file.
